The District Grant Project is developed to improve water, sanitation and hygiene condition of Shree Chandi Adarsha Secondary School, Chakupat, Lalitpur and Jana Shakti Primary School, Dhading with the support of Rotary District 2740. This project has allocated USD 6,000 for the construction of toilet in each school. The toilet of Shree Chandi School consisted three girls toilet canbin andtwo boys toilet cabins. The toilet of Shree Chandi School is already completed and inaugurated by DG Mr. Kiran Lal Shrestha, and 450 students and teacher of this school is getting benefit from this project. The toilet of Jana Shakti School is under construction and in the final stage. Water supply is already connected to the source, which is 1.5Km far from the school and the school is now getting clean water from the source. After the construction of this toilet, 45 students of this school, teachers and parents will get clean water and sanitation facility from this project.
