On 9th Aug 20, Rotary Club of Patan Durbar Square organized talk program on “Membership Development” and speaker for this talk program was Rtn. Manju Karki Lamichanne, Membership Chair for RY 20/21 from RID 3292. The main objective of this talk program was to increasing new Rotarians having different classification. Speaker, Rtn. Manju Karki Lamichanne emphasize to increase members from Rotaract Clubs and Spouse Group, retaining membership by organizing fellowship programs as well as providing opportunity to involve in different projects/programs.

For sustainability of clubs, more women Rotarians to be increase in Rotary as well as Rotaractors will be given high priority to be a member with creating good provision in dues. Speaker, Rtn. Manju Karki Lamichanne would like see Rotary Club of Patan Durbar Square with 100% Member retention as well as membership growth at the end of this Rota Year 20/21.
